Has a skill in Watersports - Kayaking, Canoeing, Stand up paddle boarding, Powerboat driving.

Wants to work flexible hours.

Can work in a dynamic fast paced event environment.

Likes being part of team to deliver a professional service.

Reliable - This is a trait we value highly

 

You can come with your own equipment or use ours. We appreciate some people would prefer to paddle their own boats, that's absolutely fine by us. You certainly don't need to own everything to join in. If you have the skills we can provide the equipment. 

 

What we're looking for?

 

Kayak BCU 2* and above  - preferably SESA trained.

Canoe BCU 2* and above

 

Powerboat RYA Level 2 - safety boat preferred but not essential.

People who need experience - You can join us to gain experience in event environments, paddling or powerboat driving. We all start somewhere so don't be afraid to get in touch if you're working towards certain qualifications.

Training available - by joining the crew you'll be able to join exclusive training opportunities 

SESA training course for paddlers

Powerboat training for anyone wanting to further their qualifications 

Kayak coaching

You'll get to paddle in amazing locations at fantastic events ordinarily closed to the paddling public - and you'll get paid!

We will get in touch for a quick chat about the set up and how everything works.

We will contact the crew when events are happening and when we need your help.

You commit to as many or as few as you like - no minimums or obligation to commit to specific events.

Crew days include

Free camping - when available.

Breakfast for early starters.

Use of equipment.

Basic in house training.

Uniform.

Event briefing and full support throughout.

Fair rate of pay.

Crew training days and special crew only events.
